Where We Deliver

Wildflower Florist delivers to Singapore only. Please note the following exceptions:

  • Postal boxes

  • Tuas

  • All offshore islands (e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, St John’s Island, Jurong Island and Khusu Island)

  • All military zones

  • All ports: air and sea

  • Universal Studios

  • Chemical plants, power stations, shipyards      

Cut Off Times and Delivery Times for Everyday Flowers:

To ensure timely service, all orders are delivered the next business day. Delivery is complimentary.

You may also choose a specific date in the future. Please indicate your desired delivery date upon checkout.

Please note, we do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Please ensure the recipient will be at the delivery address on the date and time stated. Re-delivery or re-direction of orders will be charged at $30 per delivery attempt.

Subscriptions:

Cut off and delivery times

Wild for the Home (subscriptions) – choose to have your subscription flowers delivered on a Tuesday or a Friday. For the second delivery onwards (except for the last delivery where the vase is yours to keep), please have your previous vase ready for collection. We will present your replenished arrangement in a clean vase.

Delivery and Other Problems

At Wildflower Florist, we’re passionate about providing all our customers with the very best service. Should a problem occur with your order, please send us an email immediately with a brief explanation of the situation at info@wildflower-florist.com.

Please reference your order number and include the recipient’s name and the delivery address. If applicable, please also include photographs and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
