WILDFLOWER FLORIST

TERMS, CONDITIONS & PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 21 September 2026

Welcome to Wildflower Florist.

This website and the products and services offered through it are operated by Wildflower Florist PTE. LTD., Singapore registration number 53408404D ("Wildflower Florist", "Wildflower", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing our website, placing an order, purchasing our products or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

1. ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

Wildflower Florist creates and supplies fresh flower arrangements, preserved and dried floral arrangements, gifts, floral designs, subscriptions, workshops and bespoke floral services. Flowers are natural, seasonal and perishable products. Accordingly, no two arrangements will ever be completely identical.

Images displayed on our website are provided as a guide to the intended style, colour palette, size and overall aesthetic of an arrangement. The actual arrangement may differ due to seasonal availability, flower quality, natural variation and the artistic interpretation of our florists. We will always endeavour to maintain the intended style, colour palette, quality and overall value of the product ordered.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • individual flowers may vary in size, shape, colour and maturity;

  • flowers and foliage may be substituted in accordance with these Terms;

  • the arrangement received may not be identical to the photograph displayed online;

  • natural imperfections, variations and differences in bloom development are inherent to fresh flowers; and

  • the appearance and longevity of fresh flowers are affected by environmental conditions and the care provided after delivery.

2. FLOWER AND FOLIAGE SUBSTITUTIONS

Fresh flowers are seasonal and availability can change without notice. We therefore reserve the right to substitute individual flowers, foliage, vessels, wrapping or other components of an arrangement where necessary. We do not guarantee the availability of a particular flower, variety, colour, foliage or vessel unless we have expressly confirmed this in writing as part of a bespoke order.

Where substitution is necessary, we will use our professional judgement to preserve the intended design, style and value of the arrangement.

For bespoke or specially commissioned arrangements, any agreed specifications will be subject to availability and should be confirmed with us in writing before the order is finalised.

3. ALLERGIES, CHILDREN & PETS

Flowers and botanical materials may cause allergies or sensitivities in some individuals, and some flowers or plants may be unsuitable or harmful to children or pets if touched or ingested. Please consider the suitability of your chosen arrangement for the intended recipient and environment before placing your order, particularly where allergies, young children or pets are present.

If you have concerns about a particular flower or botanical material, please contact us before ordering.

4. PRODUCT SIZE, COLOUR & APPEARANCE

Measurements provided on our website are approximate. The appearance of flowers can change naturally as blooms open and mature. An arrangement may therefore look different on the day of delivery from the product photograph displayed online.

Colours may also appear differently depending on your device, monitor, lighting and photographic conditions. We reserve the right to make reasonable design adjustments necessary to ensure that the finished arrangement is fresh, balanced and suitable for delivery.

5. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted only when payment has been successfully received and/or Wildflower Florist has confirmed the order. We reserve the right to decline, cancel or limit an order where:

  • the requested product is unavailable;

  • we are unable to fulfil the requested delivery date;

  • the delivery address is outside our service area;

  • the information supplied is incomplete or inaccurate;

  • there is an obvious pricing or product description error;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised activity or misuse of our website; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent fulfilment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund unless otherwise agreed with you or otherwise required by law.

6. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change from time to time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing, description or availability errors. If an order has been placed based on an obvious error, we may contact you to offer the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected order. Payment must be successfully completed before an order is considered confirmed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that the billing and contact information supplied to us is accurate and current.

7. DELIVERY

We deliver within the areas and during the delivery periods specified on our website or communicated to you at the time of ordering. Delivery dates and time windows are estimates unless we have expressly confirmed a specific delivery time in writing.

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver on the requested date, delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, road restrictions, building access restrictions, recipient unavailability, incorrect addresses and other unforeseen circumstances. For time-sensitive occasions, customers are encouraged to provide accurate recipient information and sufficient delivery instructions.

8. DELIVERY ADDRESS & RECIPIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, recipient name, contact number and any relevant delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional delivery charges arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient, or an appropriate person authorised to receive the delivery, is available where required. Where a recipient is unavailable, we may, at our discretion and depending on the circumstances, leave the flowers in a reasonably safe location, with building reception, security, management or another appropriate person, or make alternative delivery arrangements.

Where a customer specifically instructs us to leave an arrangement unattended, the customer accepts the risks associated with leaving fresh flowers in that location, including exposure to heat, rain, direct sunlight, wind, animals, security risks or other environmental conditions.

Once flowers have been delivered to the address provided, or accepted by a person reasonably believed to be authorised to receive them, responsibility for the flowers passes to the recipient or customer, subject to any rights available under applicable Singapore law.

9. DELIVERY TO HOSPITALS, OFFICES, CONDOMINIUMS & OTHER PREMISES

Where delivery is made to a hospital, office, hotel, condominium, residential development or other premises with reception, security or management personnel, delivery to the relevant reception, concierge, security desk, management office or other authorised point may constitute successful delivery.

We cannot guarantee that the recipient will personally receive the flowers. The customer is responsible for providing any relevant unit number, department, ward, office number, building name, access instructions or other information required to complete the delivery.

10. FRESH FLOWER CARE

Fresh flowers are living, perishable products and their longevity depends substantially on how they are handled and cared for after delivery. Once delivered, flowers should be placed in an appropriate environment and cared for according to the care instructions supplied by Wildflower Florist.

We cannot guarantee a specific number of days of vase life because longevity varies according to flower variety, maturity, temperature, humidity, sunlight, air-conditioning, water quality, handling and other environmental conditions.

Deterioration caused by inappropriate care, excessive heat, direct sunlight, draughts, dehydration, failure to change water, unsuitable containers or other environmental factors is not considered a product defect.

11. DAMAGED, MISSING OR SIGNIFICANTLY DEFECTIVE FLOWERS

We take care to inspect and prepare arrangements before they leave our premises. If an arrangement arrives significantly damaged, substantially different from what was ordered, or fails to arrive, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery. To help us investigate and resolve the matter, we may request:

  • photographs of the arrangement;

  • photographs of the packaging;

  • photographs showing the nature and extent of the issue;

  • the order number; and

  • other information reasonably required to investigate the complaint.

Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, credit or another reasonable remedy depending on the circumstances.

We reserve the right to assess each complaint individually, taking into account the condition of the flowers upon delivery, the nature of the issue, the time elapsed since delivery and the care provided after delivery. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Singapore law.

12. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

Because many of our products are made using fresh, perishable flowers and may be prepared specifically for individual orders, cancellations and changes may not always be possible once an order has entered preparation or procurement.

Requests to cancel or amend an order should be made as early as possible by contacting us at:

Email: info@wildflower-florist.com
WhatsApp: +65 8722 4212

Where an order has already been prepared, flowers or other materials have been procured specifically for the order, or the order has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel or refund the order.

Any refund or credit will be considered in accordance with the circumstances of the order and applicable Singapore law.

13. BESPOKE & CUSTOM ORDERS

Bespoke floral designs are individually created according to the customer's requirements, budget, colour palette, preferred style and occasion.

Because bespoke arrangements are individually designed and may involve advance procurement of specific flowers or materials, bespoke orders may be subject to different cancellation, amendment and payment conditions. These conditions will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

Once a bespoke order has been approved and production or procurement has commenced, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.

14. WEDDINGS, EVENTS & LARGE ORDERS

Wedding, event and large-scale floral orders may be subject to separate quotations, deposits, payment schedules and terms specific to the requirements of the order. The applicable quotation or written agreement will set out the relevant details, including where applicable:

  • scope of work;

  • floral requirements;

  • delivery and/or set-up arrangements;

  • payment schedule;

  • deposits;

  • cancellation terms;

  • postponement terms;

  • amendments;

  • venue requirements; and

  • other event-specific conditions.

Where a separate written agreement has been accepted by both parties, its terms will apply to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.

15. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Where a customer purchases a flower subscription, the subscription will continue according to the frequency, duration and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription arrangements are based on the agreed style, size and overall aesthetic rather than a guarantee of specific flower varieties. Subscription arrangements may vary from delivery to delivery because flowers are seasonal and our designs are intentionally created to evolve.

Customers may cancel or modify their subscription in accordance with the cancellation or modification process stated on the applicable subscription product page or within their customer account. Where a subscription payment has already been processed and the associated arrangement has entered preparation, cancellation of future deliveries may not result in a refund of that payment.

16. TESTIMONIALS & MEDIA

We reserve the right, and you agree to allow us, to use and display customer testimonials, photographs, videos or other media featuring our products, services or brand, including images in which you may appear, as part of our ongoing marketing and promotional efforts.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We will not be responsible for any delay, cancellation, failure or inability to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These circumstances may include, without limitation:

  • extreme weather;

  • flooding;

  • fire;

  • accidents;

  • road closures;

  • traffic disruption;

  • government restrictions;

  • public emergencies;

  • strikes or industrial disputes;

  • power or telecommunications failures;

  • supplier failures;

  • transport disruption;

  • disease outbreaks; or

  • other events beyond our reasonable control.

Where such circumstances occur, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise the impact on your order and, where reasonably possible, offer an alternative delivery date, replacement or other appropriate solution.

18. GIFT MESSAGES & CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT

Where customers provide messages, names, photographs, logos, artwork or other materials for inclusion with an order, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the content supplied is accurate and does not infringe the rights of another person.

We reserve the right to refuse to reproduce content that we reasonably consider unlawful, defamatory, offensive, discriminatory, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.

19. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Wildflower Florist website, including but not limited to photographs, floral designs, text, graphics, logos, branding, illustrations, videos, written materials and other creative content, is owned by or licensed to Wildflower Florist unless otherwise stated.

You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or otherwise use our content without our prior written permission.

This includes copying our floral designs, photographs, written content, branding or other creative work for commercial purposes.

20. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use our website:

  • for any unlawful purpose;

  • to commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity;

  • to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • to introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code;

  • to scrape, crawl or systematically extract website content without permission;

  • to impersonate another person;

  • to submit false or misleading information; or

  • to infringe the rights of Wildflower Florist or any third party.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached.

30. NO WAIVER

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.

31. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any specific written quotation, order confirmation or other written agreement expressly accepted by Wildflower Florist, constitute the agreement between you and Wildflower Florist in relation to the relevant order or use of our services.
